貓珊 Maoshan Connie

大學時期主修建築,其後修讀兒童文學。

一直希望能以插畫,把有意思的信息跟世界分享,故此大多數的合作夥伴也是非牟利團體,曾經創作生死教育、樹木保育、智障人士等議題的繪本及藝術作品。

她於二零一四年創立了「親愛的樹」網上信箱,讓香港人可以為心愛的樹寫信,希望提醒大家多多觀察身邊環境:其實樹木也是生活中不可或缺的一部份。


貓珊曾於越後妻有大地藝術祭舉行個展,並於香港、倫敦、劍橋等多個城市展出其作品。
並一直於動物慈善機構LAP 當暫託家庭統籌。

香港歷史故事、城市中的小故事和人與大自然的連繫是她主要興趣及創作題材。

現生活於香港。

Maoshan Connie graduated with a Master degree in Children’s Literature from the University of Cambridge.

Currently, she is working as a full time picturebook and community map artist.

She founded an online tree conservation mailbox in 2014, for people to write love letters to trees in the city.

Connie has participated in both local and international exhibitions, her most recent solo exhibition was: “A special spring exhibition at Museum of Picture Book Art: This is where Maoshan Connie began her journey” at Hachi & Seizo Tashima Museum of Picture Book Art in Japan.
